got a road angel myself wot i use for my car and bike
road angel u pay a subscription which you can update when you like for all dtector locations
had this for about 3 years but have changed a bit as now have satnav built into it

these ARE NOT ILLEGAL so legal to use but are illegal in other countries
the way i see it

if anyones got it balance the playing field out more between the money cameras and the intended victims wallet or purse

Not legally!, as the use a device that detects cameras is illegal.

As camera vans usually have reflective red and yellow signs on them and are so obvious by having the rear windows open, not to mention the fact that usually drivers travelling in the opposite direction flash their lights at you. You should really see them long before you get caught.

But then if you weren’t speeding in the first place you wouldn’t need to ask.

There are plenty of solutions out there, which aren’t expensive when compared to losing your licence. The camera vans are usually placed on long flat stretches of road and have a black panel at the rear. They often deploy around areas where there are speed camera signs, but no fixed cameras eg Truvelo or Gatso.
