can a EMP (ElectroMagneticPulse) kill people?
i saw this EMP-gun on this website and a friend buy one and they are awesome but we want to know if they can kill people if you shut them at people’s head or chest of anypart of their body!
they shut this little laser-like-thigy that you can only see if you have a camera that can campure shit on high speed and infrared at the same time.
we shut the thing at cars and they just stop working and we do that right next to the garage of a friend! 
An emp gun is impossible because an emp is a bomb, (i think an emp is a h bomb) but it can still kill people if it lands near you.
