Decent specs but don't get misled. That is not a dSLR camera. DSLRs don't zoom but you can put a zoom lens on it.

Whether it's good or bad will totally depend on you, the photographer.
References :
It sounds pretty typical for a point-and-shoot camera.
The thing that matters most when buying a camera is not for its specs, but rather its image quality and how it handles in your hands. Features such as 'blink detection' or 'smile detection' is not going to improve image quality.

Instead of giving us all these specs, it would've been more useful to give us the actual brand and model itself.

And to answer your question- yes, it sounds like a pretty decent deal to me.
References :
What brand is it? What model?
What shooting modes are there? Does it have manual, aperture and shutter priority?
Is there a hot shoe so you can upgrade to a decent flash some day?
