Tom Tom lists cameras and also has an audible alert to bring them to your attention in time. I have just downloaded an update that now shows on screen the speed limit the camera operates to. It does not however alert to mobile cameras. References : Tom Tom owner
Every two weeks http://www.pocketgpsworld.com LEGALLY lists ALL of the fixed GATSO, SPECS etc and well as known locations for the mobile units. £2 a month subscription.
They are just POI’s (Points of interest) – so get dumped in with the maps & TomTom’s standard POI’s References :
dont make mistake to buy the sat nav..i suggest there no better than tom tom ,i think the model which you are looking for is tom tom 500 and tomtom 700 References :

Tom Tom des it, but you need to subscribe so that you can download the speed traps (hush my mowf, did I say "speed traps"?) for the day.

TomTom is certainly the easiest to update.
