Take a look on the garmin or tom tom web sites. You could get a friend with a bit of knowhow to put you a socket in. Only other way of charging sat nav is via usb on the computer or a mains usb converter

Go to Halfords who have a good selection,tell then your requirements and ask them to recommend one to you.They also have a fitting service which may be a way round you not having a cigarette lighter in your car. You dont have to buy from Halfords but if they recommend a certain model you can then look around for deals or second hand ones.

I purchased a tom tom one 2 years ago and from my experience heres what i learned. Most nav systems do support the speed camera app however it is a yearly fee and most be connected to the internet though your computer to update and load local maps and speed camera locations.

Buy a good map instead. It’s a lot cheaper. Alternatively go on google maps for a route before you go and print it out.
Sat Navs can lead you astray if you don’t really know where you are going.

With most you have o pay for camera updates and they give a free trial to get you used to having them. they come ready to use but most do requirre updates to be paid for. Under £100 will not get you much. Most do not come with a mains charger which you will need and most will only run for a max 2 hours on a fully charged battery so not having a power socket in your car is going to be a problem.
